Our Open Plan Living Dining Area

Our apartment Living & Dining area is open plan & has 2 large variable speed ceiling fans. You have comfortable seating for 5 people in the Living Area. We have Cable T.V., CD Radio/Player, some CD's are supplied. Also we have a Wireless/Cable Modem, cable supplied in case your computer is not wireless. Our internet is supplied inclusive & is W.P.A. secured. A large glass door in the living Area leads out on to the furnished balcony with a panoramic Caribbean sea view.


Dining Area

Our Dining Area has a large glass top table with seating for 6 people.


Master Bedroom With Air Conditioning

Our Master Bedroom has air conditioning a queen bed & en-suite Bathroom. Our en-suite Bathroom has a Bath, Shower, Toilet, & Wash Basin. Behind the mirrors in both Bathrooms is a storage cabinet.

Also our Master Bedroom has a large glass door leading out on to our large furnished balcony with a panoramic Caribbean sea view.

In the bottom of the wardrobe you will find a small safe for your precious items.


Second Air Conditioned Bedroom

Our second Air Conditioned Bedroom has 2 single beds. Just ouside the bedroom door is another bathroom. Our second bathroom has a Toilet, Shower & Wash Basin. A storage cabinet will be found behind the bathroom mirror.


Maid Service

If you book 17 nights or more you will get one free maid service once every 2 weeks, actual cleaning days can be arranged with our Property Manager upon arrival. Extra Maid Service may be available as an Optional Extra. You pay our Property Manager in Barbados directly for any extra Maid Service. Depending on availability this will cost from $80.00 Barbados Dollars to about $100.00 Barbados Dollars per extra clean.


GROCERIES CAN BE IN APARTMENT UPON ARRIVAL

Our Property Manager provides a Grocery Service where she will stock the fridge with a small amount of groceries for your arrival from a Shopping List provided by you. If you arrive to late to do shopping because of flight delays or any other reason this will keep you going until the next day. You will need to settle the cost directly with our Property Manager in Barbados or U.S. Dollars.


AIRPORT TRANSFER

We can arrange for airport transfer to & from the apartment for a maximum of 3 people & luggage for an Optional Extra fee of roughly BDS $200.00 about £64.00. Transportation in just one direction will be roughly BDS $100.00 If required please book this when you book the apartment. Payment for this service is to be made directly to your driver. If your group size is 4 people please add about BDS $20.00 for one direction & roughly BDS $40.00 for both directions


CAR HIRE

A Hire Car is required. We can arrange for a recommended Barbados Hire Car firm to contact you at home before you depart for Barbados. Our recommended Car Hire firm will offer you the best rates available if we ask them to contact you, as we provide them with quite a few cutomers. Please ask at the time you book if you require this service. Traffic regulations in Barbados are very similar to United kingdom regulations with some minor differences. Driving is on the left hand side of the road as in United Kingdom

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1: Our minimum stay requirement is 7 nights.

2a: Our apartment caters for a maximum of 4 people.

2b: Bookings will NOT be taken for more than 4 people or ALL SAME SEX GROUPS.

2c: No children under 10 years of age

3a: Sorry no pets

3b; Our apartment is on a Residential Community with 24 hour security. Only people named on our Booking Form will be allowed in by SECURITY. You are NOT allowed to bring others on into The Residential Community. Only the named people on our Booking Form are allowed in.

4a: Please be aware this is a Residential Community owned by The Property Owners. Please play music & watch T.V. with the volume set to an acceptable level with respect for neighbours. As many owners sleep with bedroom balcony doors open, please close up the main lounge balcony doors by 11.00 P.M in order to limit sound from your T.V. or music disturbing neighbours.

4b: If you arrive or depart on an Exchange Day, departures are asked to leave the apartment by 11.00 a.m. on their day of departure.

5: On an Exchange Day, new arrivals are asked to wait until 5.00p.m. before entering the apartment to allow the apartment to be cleaned. We will notify you if your arrival or departure date becomes an Exchange Day.

6: If offers or enquiry dates cross over we take the first confirmed booking

7: Our apartment is NON SMOKING, Please do NOT smoke in or around our apartment.

8: No items are to be removed from the apartment ACCEPT Beach Towels supplied.

9: If more people than you have booked into the apartment, are found sleeping in the The Apartment by “Vuemont Security” or our Property Manager, 50% of your Security Deposit will automatically be forfeited. Our Property Manager does have the authority to have your extra people ejected.

10: Our Property Manager is in charge of our apartment whilst we (the owners) are not in Barbados.

11: We reserve the right to refuse bookings to anyone at any time for any reason.

12: You will be required to complete a BOOKING FORM that will be sent to you. If this BOOKING FORM is NOT completed & RETURNED TO US your booking will NOT be valid.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If a damage deposit has been paid, this will always be refunded should either party cancel

For a 100% refund, cancellation must be made at least 60 Days prior to the arrival date.

A 50% refund  will be issued for cancellation 30 days or more before your arrival date.

If the guest cancels within 29 Days or less of the check-in date, the total payment is non-refundable
